You’re not on mainland, as I recall, so like me, you’re not affected by this.
But if you *are* on mainland, and have more than 512m, you’ll see your tier go down 🙂
Oh, but I am on mainland – Tweddle. Dhughan and I share a shop and workspace.
So you should see the tier charge go down with your next bill 🙂
Or possibly have more unused tier, if you’re only using your basic allotment.
I don’t pay tier, I am stupid/crazy enough to run multiple premium alts. When paying the yearly rate, it’s further discounted by the weekly stipend for each. I could probably drop two and still have enough allotment to cover my current land (group discount of 10% helps).
More unused tier. I may look around for more land. 😉
Yeah, a yearly premium account is nearly break-even after the stipend. I only have the one because the TOS says only one – my alts are all basic accounts. Of course, my mainland allotment is currently not being used. Maybe I’ll look for some mainland again sometime.
Wups? I’ll have to check that. I use the same name, address, and pay info for all, have never gotten a notice on it.
Yeah, I don’t think they actually check or send a notice usually. The rule is only enforced if they think you’re abusing the system somehow. It’s like the 5 account limit listed in the Alt Account Policy – lots of people have more alts, but they can use it as an excuse to permaban all of them if you start causing trouble.
