Now that I’ve bought my silly little plot of land in an unfashionable corner of Zindra The Unnamed Continent, I’ve futzed around with putting freebie buildings on it, but have already screwed up the “tiki hut” I picked up somewhere. If anyone is reading this, you’ll know I haven’t had much interest in actually making or building stuff, just shopping and socializing. Well, after the exertions of the STEAM hunt, and seeing how people have created amazing things, I was suddenly inspired. I can barely rezz a box, but somehow I managed to make a primitive type of step tansu, with a texture I’d gotten from somewhere. I had an intriguing and creative Second Life dream this morning, so in the spirit of Torley’s dream journals (but not so entertaining) here’s what I remember. It was early morning, and I was still in bed, but had a computer and was looking at Second Life. I stumbled upon a group of costumed actors preparing to perform some kind of Shakespearean play in both Second Life “machinima” but also with live-action scenes.
